Big Horn Ranch
The Big Horn Ranch is a family operated guest ranch that has been owned by the Nicholl family for 50 years. The ranch has been used to host over a dozen hunts for youth hunters with disabilities. CDH hosts deer and elk hunts. Located near Gunnison CO, the area is known for trophy mule deer. Hunts are typically done in the late fall when the deer are rutting. Because of the cold and snow that time of year, hunts are usually done with the use of 4-wheel drive pickups. We use a team of guides to help ensure safe and quality hunts.
